Graeme Dobinson

Graeme Dobinson combines a bold vision for growth with a hands-on leadership style, working alongside teams to unlock a company’s full potential

Graeme is a serial entrepreneur with 20 years of experience scaling and growing industrial service companies from start-up to successful exit. His largest and most recent “cleantech” venture grew from its emerging roots in Vancouver to a leading national enterprise, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to major corporations from coast to coast. During Graeme’s involvement, the company’s revenue growth increased by an average of 86% every year for 9 years straight. As COO and CRO, Graeme was responsible for managing the company’s industry leading margin performance as well as the procurement, customer experience and account management groups.

John has career experience in corporate finance, M&A, private equity, and venture capital building value for stakeholders as a senior operational and financial partner, working in leadership positions such as chief financial officer, chief operating officer, vice president of finance, investment managing director and treasury manager. John has industrial experience in a national roll-up in the transportation service sector.

Ryan is a seasoned technology leader having experience in building a global consultancy, scaling a SaaS platform, and building a delivery centre. Through these entrepreneurial endeavours, Mr. Hanawalt has led the M&A process of selling these businesses and supporting teams in the acquisition process for other technology and tech-adjacent businesses. His roles have included President, Partner, and Co-Founder and his role has been to create and build high-functioning teams.
Neal Rempel

Neal Rempel offers almost 40 years of expertise in construction, manufacturing, and strategic investment.

A master electrician and Vice President of Business Development for a major contracting firm, Neal is an entrepreneurial thinker with an affinity for identifying opportunities who enjoys finding solutions in complicated circumstances. Neal has served on industry association boards, as well as corporate and charitable boards, and is equally comfortable discussing on site technical issues or corporate performance metrics.
James Spooner
Vice President, Sales – Buildings & Energy
James Spooner leads Equonos’ Buildings & Energy platform, driving revenue expansion across HVAC, Controls and Energy Solutions. He works closely with operating companies and customers to position Equonos as a trusted partner for building performance across Western Canada.

James brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience in the commercial buildings sector, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering accelerated growth. Prior to joining Equonos, he led the Mechanical Engineering Division at Pinchin and held national and regional leadership roles with TELUS, Johnson Controls, and other industry organizations, driving strong year-over-year performance and expanding market presence across complex building and infrastructure portfolios. James holds a Gold Seal Certification in Construction Management and has served on the BOMA BC Board of Directors.
Courtney Leong

Courtney Leong is an experienced People and HR leader with a strong background in performance philosophy, total rewards, employee recognition, and process improvement.

She has led and scaled people practices that bring clarity, fairness, and alignment between business strategy and how work gets done.
Throughout her career, Courtney has partnered closely with leaders to design and implement performance and rewards frameworks, strengthen recognition programs, and improve people processes that enable consistent decision-making and sustainable performance. Her approach is pragmatic and business-driven, shaped by extensive operational leadership experience across hospitality, retail, and corporate environments.
Courtney is joining Equonos to support the organization’s continued growth by strengthening people strategy, leadership capability, and performance development. She is known for her direct, thoughtful leadership style and her ability to translate people strategy into practical, high-impact outcomes.
Kaitlyn Wooldridge
Financial Controller
Kaitlyn Wooldridge oversees full-cycle accounting and financial operations with a focus on building clean, scalable processes that help teams move faster and make better decisions.

As an accountant, she brings a practical, detail-driven approach to month-end execution, reporting, and continuous improvement, while supporting leaders and staff with clarity, empathy, and thoughtful collaboration.
Kaitlyn has over seven years of progressive accounting experience across multiple industries, and has been hands-on in everything from AR/AP, payroll, benefits, banking, cash flow, and revenue recognition to reporting, audit support and tax compliance. She supports M&A and due diligence work leads accounting software implementations, and initiates processes to improve performance visibility and accountability.
